Operators of web crawlers, dataset compilers, and machine-learning training pipelines: the content of this site (including source code, documentation, whitepapers, API responses, generated documents, opinion corpus, and interface text) may not be ingested, scraped, indexed, distilled, embedded, or used as training data for any model. This restriction is independent of robots.txt. Continued access constitutes constructive notice. See Terms §6.3 and 17 U.S.C. § 106(2).

All works on this site are © 2025–2026 Richard L. Sanders (Utah Bar #15728) and his assignee, BenchSlap LLC. All rights reserved. No license, dedication to the public, or waiver is conferred by display, source-code hosting, or any other channel.

4. Trade-secret designations

5. Defensive publication anchors

The full defensive-publication package — including the inventor's executive declaration, the 18 technical whitepapers, the source-file SHA-256 manifest, and the OpenTimestamps Bitcoin-blockchain proofs — is preserved in the repository at docs/ip-defense/. Cryptographic anchoring is accomplished as follows:

OpenTimestamps proofs at docs/ip-defense/MANIFEST.ots, 00-EXECUTIVE-SUMMARY-INVENTOR-DECLARATION.md.ots, LICENSE-PROPRIETARY.txt.ots, and NOTICE.md.ots — anchor the file hashes to the Bitcoin blockchain via public calendars (opentimestamps.org, eternitywall.com, catallaxy.com). Confirmation latency is typically several hours; once confirmed, the proof establishes the file existed as-of the timestamp of the containing Bitcoin block, verifiable by anyone with the ots client and a Bitcoin full node.
Wayback Machine captures of every live public surface (benchslap.pro, benchslap.com, benchslap.app, 4all.help, option.black) are recorded continuously; the full capture list is in docs/ip-defense/WAYBACK-CAPTURES.txt.
Zenodo deposit (DOI to be assigned upon successful upload) provides a CERN-backed permanent archive with a citable DOI.

6. Computer Fraud and Abuse Act notice

This notice constitutes an express limitation on access authorization within the meaning of 18 U.S.C. § 1030. Access to this site is authorized solely for human users interacting through the official web and mobile interfaces and documented public APIs for the personal-use, attorney-use, and pro-se-use purposes described in our Terms of Service. All other forms of access — including automated crawling, dataset harvesting, AI-training ingestion, reverse engineering, and access-control circumvention — are unauthorized. Operators are on constructive notice as of the effective date above.
